THE 7 DAYS FLAT TUMMY MIRACLE IN 4 STEPS


Step one:
If you want to build muscle and burn fat at the same time, you have to perform circuit training, three days per week. How can you achieve this? Indulge in full body exercises like lunges, push-ups, and pull-ups, for one set of 15 repetitions. (read bellow) 
 You should be able to burn around 500 to 600 calories per workout.
Step two:
Eating healthy makes you only loose weight, so exercising while you have a good alimentation is essential to have the "bikini body" we all want. 
The best exercises that i recommend you to do are abdominals at first three times a week. then You can also do crunches and leg raises for three sets of 20 repetitions. 
Finally to finish with do planks by holding your body in a push-up position on your elbows for 30 to 60 seconds for four sets. Voila! now you're all set to have the flat tummy you dream about!
Step three:
I heard that "you are what you eat" so it seems logic to avoid crappy food.. Plus what you will eat during let's call it this "healthy period" is the key to any change. In fact natural foods such as fruits, vegetables, whole grain breads, pastas, chicken, beef, fish and low fat dairy should make a lot whole of changes! 
Step four:
Go slow on salt, i know it's hard to eat without and may be disgusting sometimes but theres always alternatives to everything, so you can flavour your food with other herbs and spices instead.

I am myself doing these exercises and honestly once i did them i feel great!
